In 1988, Dale P. Smith, opened a new law office in Toccoa, Georgia. By 1997, that office had grown to a staff consisting of J. Lynne Smith, real estate paralegal, Ann Donahue, bookkeeping and April Keesee, personal injury paralegal. With the graduation from law school and the association of long time friend, Donald C. Tabor, that original "solo practice" became the law firm of Smith & Tabor, Attorneys at Law.
